Our team will perform an initial Inspection of your home. We will document and photograph all aspects and systems of the home, generate a report and a customized yearly maintenance estimate.
Once you are signed up, we will come out every month to perform the recommended tasks and check ups. If we notice a repair that needs to be done we can provide an estimate for you. We are truly your one stop shop for all your home repair and maintenance needs.

Tier 1 members receive the following benefits on each monthly visit
Your inspector will walk around the property checking all exterior items along the way. Fencing, all types of siding, fascia boards and soffit boards. They will also check for any possible access points for rodent infestation. Finding these minor repairs before they turn into bigger damage can save thousands of dollars.
We’ll inspect your home for cracks and signs of damage from your foundation all the way up to your ceilings. Inspecting flooring, wood trims, and walls and ceilings can help identify leaks or other issues before they get worse.
A monthly attic check can be crucial to avoiding costly repairs. We’ll climb up there and check for any roof penetrations, rodent or insect infestations, and those pesky drain pans that can get backed up and overflow into your home.
Have us handle all the pesky items you don’t have time for Like changing air filters, light bulbs and smoke detector batteries.

It’s well known that plumbing issues are a top cause for most residential repairs. That’s why it’s extra important to have us check out your home‘s plumbing system on a monthly basis. We’ll inspect all sinks, tubs and showers to make sure they’re working properly. Catching small leaks can save you in the long run.
Have the peace of mind in knowing your electrical system is safe and sound. We will check for exposed wiring or junction boxes, test all outlet polarities, and check your main electrical panel for any signs of degeneration or arching.
Our team will perform an appliance check and note any issues. We will check your fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and exhaust. We also have an appliance repair department that can handle all your repair needs.
Windows and doors are the source of most heating and cooling loss. We’ll check to make sure they are sealing as best as possible. We will also check to make sure they open and close properly.
Our drone inspector will get real time photos of the roofing and gutter systems. Identify any loose shingles, damaged areas, and clogged gutters. catching these issues before the next storm can help save your home from water damage.
Tier 3 members will receive all tier 1 and 2 benefits plus the following items.
24/7 Emergency Support. Tier 3 members will have the benefit of knowing that one of our professional team members will show up within one hour. If a pipe bursts or something major occurs, we will help you get the situation under control and help get things restored.
In addition to checking your windows, we will re-caulk them once a year to make sure they are properly sealed. This will help lower energy loss and save you money.
Cleaning out your gutters twice a year can prevent clogging and backup. It is also a dangerous thing to do without the right equipment and ladders. When gutters and downspouts get clogged, they can overflow back onto the house and cause leaks. Our team will clear them out twice a year so you dont have to worry about them.
Pressure washing once a year helps your home look clean and adds to the curb appeal. We will apply a mold and mildew treatment to your home, driveway, and walkways, preparing you for summertime and good company!
Draining your water heater once a year can help prolong the life of the unit. Over time, sediment builds up in the bottom of a water heater, which can lead to clogs. Draining a water heater helps flush out this sediment, usually made up of minerals and other debris, that may cause it to malfunction.
Getting your home ready for extreme cold is extremely important to prevent broken pipes and further damagea. As a tier 3 member, you don’t have to worry about any of it. We will come protect your hose bibs, winterize your sprinkler system, and drain any necessary water lines.
Clean fridge coils are a must in order for your appliance to function optimally. Cleaning your refrigerator's coils every six months by using a brush or vacuum cleaner will help to keep your fridge working efficiently. Our team will do this for you once a year.
When condenser coils are dirty, dusty, oxidized, or blocked with debris, the unit works harder and uses more energy to achieve the same degree of cooling, costing potentially hundreds or even thousands of extra dollars in electricity. We will clean your unit twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall so it’s ready for optimal usage.
